InsiderTrack aggregates publicly available SEC Form 4 insider trading filings and public social media discussion (Reddit, HackerNews) to surface insider trading signals. All underlying SEC data originates from EDGAR and is public domain. Social media data consists of publicly accessible posts.
InsiderTrack is invite-only. An admin must add your email address to the allowlist before you can create an account or log in. We may grant or revoke access at any time without notice.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. Do not share your account with others. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

SEC filing data is sourced from public EDGAR feeds. Social media signals are community-sourced. We process and score this data automatically, which can introduce errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information shown. Verify independently before acting on anything you see here.
